Nº 016 / Working with Delphic / Method

What does Delphic actually do, end to end?

Delphic builds and runs a client-owned Knowledge Index through five public stages. Map makes the commercial reach of the firm's expertise visible in private. Build gives approved authority a governed public form. Analyse establishes how AI treats the firm and where attention may be warranted. Grow turns question-level intelligence into new opportunities for authority, research and market development. Manage keeps important positions under continuing responsibility.

Five stages, one managed service

Together, the five stages turn a firm's authority into a client-owned asset rather than a disconnected collection of content, monitoring and strategy projects.

  1. Map. The client receives a private view of the buyer questions and markets its expertise may credibly address. Mapping does not create permission to publish.
  2. Build. Approved authority becomes governed public sources that are easier to discover and trust without reproducing what the firm sells.
  3. Analyse. The client receives a reviewable view of how AI treats the firm on important questions and where attention may be worthwhile.
  4. Grow. The Index reveals opportunities to deepen authority, commission research, develop a product or investigate a new question market.
  5. Manage. Important positions remain under continuing responsibility as the answer environment changes. Delphic improves weak positions, protects strong ones and acts only when action is justified.

One accountable service

The client does not have to reconcile a content supplier, a visibility dashboard and a strategy adviser. Delphic carries approved work end to end and keeps the resulting asset under management.

The client owns the Knowledge Index and controls domain truth, commercial priorities, factual approval and every disclosure decision. Delphic owns the operating method and assumes responsibility for running it.

The client can inspect the Index itself, the approved public sources and a live view of measured positions and work in progress. The method remains protected; the work and its results do not disappear into a black box.

The result is a durable authority asset rather than a campaign that ends when a page is published.
