Nº 014 / Working with Delphic / Framework

How is Delphic different from AEO, GEO and AI-visibility tools?

Many AEO, GEO and AI-visibility approaches begin with prompts, pages or domains already selected for attention. Delphic begins with the knowledge the firm sells and the expertise behind it, including material that never belonged on the public website. It builds and manages a client-owned Knowledge Index around the buyer questions that authority can support, combining governed public evidence, disclosure control, continuing responsibility and question-level intelligence.

A different starting point

AEO, GEO and AI-visibility are broad labels. They can describe software, content work, technical optimisation or managed services. Many useful approaches begin with prompts, pages or domains already selected for attention.

Delphic begins with the knowledge the firm sells and the expertise behind it, including material that never belonged on the public website. That reveals buyer questions a page-first approach may never see.

A different asset

Delphic builds a client-owned Knowledge Index around the questions the firm's authority can support. It is designed to accumulate governed public evidence, a clear view of AI position and question-level market intelligence, rather than ending as a dashboard, campaign record or collection of optimised pages.

For an expert firm, “publish more” can destroy the value being promoted. Disclosure control is therefore part of the asset. The four public outcomes, Discovery, Authority, Brand evaluation and Competitive standing, show whether the firm is merely appearing or being found and trusted for knowledge it genuinely holds.

A different responsibility

SEO foundations and visibility tools can remain useful. Delphic addresses the larger gap: it builds the governed authority asset, carries approved work through and retains responsibility as the firm's position and market change.

The procurement question is not which acronym wins. It is whether the firm needs observations and tasks around known surfaces, or a managed, client-owned instrument for its authority.
