Nº 034 / Working with Delphic / Capability

What should a firm change when AI overlooks its expertise on an important question?

A measured weakness does not identify the change most likely to matter. Generic advice to publish more leaves the client with a list of activity, not a strategy. Delphic provides one justified next move the client can understand, approve and test against the agreed outcome, then carries the approved work through.

A decision to act does not choose the remedy

Even when action is warranted, the obvious response is often “publish more”. That advice cannot show what should change, why it fits the buyer question or whether it respects the boundary around valuable expertise.

Delphic provides one justified next move for an agreed buyer question. The client can understand the proposal, approve it and test it against the agreed outcome. Delphic then carries the approved work through, while the client retains control over factual claims, publication and disclosure.

The strategy-selection method remains protected. The value visible to the buyer is a defensible change, not a longer list of plausible actions.
