What the client provides
The client names a decision owner, agrees the priority and gives Delphic access to the relevant knowledge and domain experts. It validates factual truth and retains approval over disclosure, publication, brand and risk. These are concentrated decisions, not a request for the client to run Delphic's process.
What Delphic runs
Delphic owns the operating method, execution and recommendations within the agreed scope. It organises the evidence, carries approved work through and returns the result in a form the client can review. Routine delivery remains Delphic's responsibility.
What the client receives
The first scope is designed to answer a useful question of its own. Depending on that question, the client may receive a private question-market map, approved public Answer Objects or a measured proof result. Where a buyer wants evidence before a wider programme, Delphic can establish a two-week review point around a bounded proof.
The client owns its Knowledge Index and approved outputs. It can expand, contract, pause or stop after reviewing the result rather than allowing early work to become a larger programme automatically.
